Common Questions

  • How do I save my progress? Sign in with Apple from Settings → Account to back up your game to iCloud. Your progress syncs automatically.
  • I lost my progress after reinstalling. Sign in with Apple using the same account you used before, then tap "Restore" in Settings → Account.
  • How do I restore my purchases? Go to Shop → Get Coins and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom.
  • The game is crashing. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
  • How do daily challenges work? A new puzzle is available every day. Complete it to build your streak and earn bonus rewards at 7, 14, 21, and 30 days.
